It’s the first Thursday of the month — November 6th— and time for our monthly rendezvous! ❤︎

To our new readers: welcome to the fam'! and to ALL of you, so glad you’re here. This is a more personal and diverse piece of content that means a lot to me & also the best way to know about the upcoming events ..dive in !

Pumpkin everything is in full swing… 🍂

As a family of four, we picked pumpkins, ate apple-cider donuts at a farm, and discovered that the best pumpkin chai latte is from Joe No Nuts — yum!

We enjoyed/survived Halloween — your call! — and spent a restorative weekend in Saratoga Springs, NY… fabulous town, gorgeous state park, and a lively food scene. Highly recommended if you haven’t been yet!

I made some great connections this month, met 1:1 with people over coffee, dinners, and little getaways, and left energized after the Arab Summit 2025 in Teaneck.

Thanksgiving is in 2 weeks ...what are you grateful for this year?

Let me tell you, 2025 brought its fair share of challenges across different parts of my life - and I’m grateful for my husband and my friends for always being supportive… let’s say my husband one more time, ha.

No Black Friday deal...

instead, I invite you to shop in person for Small Business Saturday on November 29 at Montclair Flea if you can. It’s such a great indoor place to browse, with a rotating lineup of 1,000 vendors (handmade goods, vintage, food, and more).

Also — and I was just talking about this with fellow entrepreneurs — I’m irritated by the “small business” label. Can we agree that a business requiring a significant amount of time, effort, coffee, money, and sleepless nights shouldn’t be called “small”?..
